Why Happy Melk Exists
The property market in North Iran — particularly along the Caspian coast — has long been a minefield for buyers who don't know the terrain. Inflated prices, forged documents, forest land sold illegally, sellers who disappear after the deal: these are not rare exceptions.
Happy Melk was founded to be the independent, knowledgeable partner that buyers needed but rarely had. We are based in Tonekabon, Mazandaran — at the centre of the region we advise on. We don't represent sellers. We represent the buyer's interest.
Since 2019, we have helped hundreds of clients — including Iranian diaspora from Europe, North America and Australia, and GCC nationals — navigate the market with clarity and confidence.
